You will receive a login to our Jorbo Concierge App, where you can track most of our performance in the app and can request weekly/bi-weekly or monthly reports to be sent to your email. You can also book an appointment with us through Jorbo Concierge App to have a detailed meeting about our performances.

You can request to terminate any services that you no longer wish to use, 30 calendar days prior to the services renewal date in order to stop the service. If you wish to terminate a service 10 days prior to the renewal date you will be charged and have access to the service for the upcoming month as well, then the service will automatically stop.
