Every business owner wears multiple hats to take care of the various operations. One for accounting, one for marketing, multiple technology stacks. An owner spends so much time dealing with these companies. Each has its requirements, processes, and support team.
As a business owner, I, Shawn Abrishami, always found myself dealing with multiple companies for services. On top of that, finding the right firm was not always easy and took a lot of time. Meet the firm reps, explain the business, and discuss the problem in detail; it took too much time and energy.
Ideally, I wanted to work with a company that offers multiple services. Over time the company knew my business through our long-lasting relationship. With a simple call, I’ll add a new service and they already know all about my business. Maybe I already have a marketing package, but I need a technology integration, or I’m using the accounting services but want to get legal advice on my new contractor agreement.
Solution! How!
A company that sits between SMEs and service providers was the solution. One that partners with firms in various fields and creates custom packages based on the needs of SMEbs. A company that thinks of SMEs as a family rather than a customer.
It was tough but doable!
The range of the services was so broad that seemed impossible. We were discouraged by others because of the range of the services. We were told many times that this is too big, and it’s impossible to handle it.
But we did it!
To make it work we had to find top companies in their various industries. Convince them to create custom services for SMEs and affordable pricing. This was possible because we evaluated the needs of SMEs and found a lot of similar needs.

I started my journey as a computer engineer from UBC, with a minor in Commerce. Since graduation, I've been involved with multiple businesses and startups in the tech and retail sectors. I've experienced the challenges of small and medium-sized businesses (SME) and the things they deal with every day.
