How Does Lead Generation Work?
Step 1
Your potential client sees and ad on the internet that encourages them to submit their information for some kind of offer (free trial, consultation, etc.)
Step 2
Your potential clients shares their information and immediately gets Facebook Messenger, SMS and email communications that encourage them to take the next step (call to book, make a purchase, visit the office). They receive automated follow ups until they take the action.
Step 3
They then receive reminders of their consultation, booking, or other service that you are providing them. All this is displayed in the dashboard that you get free access to, where you can call, text, and email back and forth with prospects.
Step 4
You can see all of this in our dashboard and you can transfer the leads to your CRM account.
How Does It Work? What Is The Timeline?
After purchasing the fit plan for your business, you will fill out the on-boarding form using the link emailed to you. Our team will then begin working on the ads, funnels, or other parts of the campaign. We will request access to to your Facebook logins and if our team needs more information you will be contacted via email. The ads will be sent to you for reference and we allow up to one revision per ad. Once ads are approved we will start the ads campaign and you will get a welcome email including your CRM access (if not e-commerce).

What does Custom Graphics mean?
A lot of times when we are setting up ad campaigns, the client will not have the best content that we can use for the ads. When this happens, we can usually pull a stock image that will help. However, with the custom graphics, one of our graphic designers will create custom ad creatives specifically tailored to your business and campaign.
Does the Lead Generation/CRM Add-on include follow-up sequences?
Yes, adding the CRM add-on will also include drip campaigns and follow-up sequencing.
Is there a setup fee?
There is no setup fee. All packages are priced "all-in". This includes ad-spend, setup fees, and maintenance fees.
On what day does the billing start?
The month of "billing" for this service starts on the first-day ads are pushed live. However, this is a monthly recurring service and it will rebill the same day each month. If you do not want to renew, we will need to know at least 7 days in advance of the re-bill date.
